If you are over 19 years of age, you can call the South London Information Advice and Guidance Line for free advice information and guidance about opportunities and drop in centres in your local area.

If you are aged 13-19 years or up to 25 years old (if you have a disability) you can call South London Connexions for guidance and information about learning and your career. A Connexions Personal Advisor can also provide advice and guidance on a range of personal issues such as health, housing and finance. You can speak to someone by calling Connexions direct.
